</Frame>

<Note>
  Total supply is fixed at **1,000,000,000**.
</Note>

## Vesting

Vesting is powered by Sablier (token streaming), configured for the Team and Treasury allocations.

| Cohort             | Schedule                                                                              |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Team — 20%**     | 12-month cliff, followed by linear vesting over 36 months.                            |
| **Treasury — 25%** | 5% unlocked after 2 months for marketing use; the rest vests linearly over 36 months. |

<Tip>
  **Why is the official vesting schedule different?**

  At the time of launch, the OpenServ launchpad allowed a maximum 9 month cliff + 12 month linear vesting for team tokens. The tokens will be relocked to best follow the schedule described above. \
  \
  Similarly for the treasury allocation, the tokens will be locked post-launch as per the schedule described above.
</Tip>

## Programmatic fundraising

OpenServ's programmatic fundraising lets us raise capital organically as the token's valuation grows — instead of a pre-launch private round. **5% of total supply** is allocated across **14 price bands**. As market cap reaches each band, those tokens become purchasable, and proceeds are distributed directly to the creator every 4 hours.

### Fundraising bands

| ---- | --------------- | ----------- | ------------ |

## \$SERV staking

People who stake \$SERV (OpenServ's token) receive **5% of \$COOK supply** as an ecosystem-alignment airdrop — bootstrapping the holder base from the existing OpenServ community.
